Content: 1.      To approve the proposed procurement strategy for the gym equipment at All Seasons Leisure Centre and the proposed weightings for scoring: 50% quality, 35% price and 15% social value. 2.      To delegate the final awarding of the contract to the Executive Member for Early Intervention, in consultation with the Director of Communities and Leisure. 3.      To note that this procurement supports the wider All Seasons Leisure Centre improvement project, including gym expansion, changing room improvements, and decarbonisation.
