Content: The Leader took Members to a vote on the recommendations which were agreed unanimously.   RESOLVED:   Cabinet:   (i)    Noted the strategic context and rationale for undertaking the procurements detailed in this report at this time, and (ii)   Agreed to proceed with the procurements and delegate authority for the Director of People and Commercial Services to award those contracts (subject to tendered prices being within budget).
