Purpose:

Content: The Leader took Members to a vote on the recommendations which were agreed unanimously.   RESOLVED:   Cabinet:   (i)         Noted the current forecast outturn and endorse the report and its contents including the use of Treasury Management receipts as proposed.   (ii)        Delegated final contractual arrangements to the Director of People and Commercial Services, in consultation with the S151 Officer and Monitoring Officer, and in accordance with governance and regulatory requirements regarding procurement and contract award for cyber security risk mitigation for regulatory services of up to £500k (see para 7(x).   (iii)      Delegated final contractual arrangements to the Director of Corporate Resources and Organisational Development, in consultation with the S151 Officer and Monitoring Officer, and in accordance with governance and regulatory requirements regarding procurement and contract award for HR system of up to £500k (see para 9(iii).   (iv)      Approved updates to Capital and Revenue Programme as proposed.   (v)       Noted Performance reporting at Q3.
