Content: Councillor V Holloway introduced the report.   There were no comments or questions from members.   RESOLVED:   2.1 Cabinet agreed to: - 2.1.1 Approve the proposed capital (£6,470,500) and revenue (£1,381,300) programmes for financial year 2026/27 totalling £7,851,800 2.1.2     Support the indicative programme for revenue expenditure for financial years 2027/28 and 2028/29 totalling £2,762,600, and the capital programme for financial years 2027/28 to 2029/30 totalling £29,938,300 as part of the Local Transport Delivery Plan requirements as set by Department for Transport, totalling £32,700,900. 2.1.3     Permit delegated authority to the Chief Operations Lead in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Place and the Environment to make programme amendments to the 2026/27 Local Transport Delivery Plan within the overall funding parameters outlines.
