Content: Councillor Lesley McKay, Resources Portfolio Holder, Councillor Roger Berry, Deputy Leader and Neighbourhood Services and Community Safety Portfolio Holder, Marianne Hesketh, Director of Communities and Mark Billington, Director of Environment submitted a report to obtain approval for the transfer of Stanah Pumping Station from Wyre Council to the Environment Agency (EA).   Councillor Berry introduced the item and mentioned that he was pleased to see the report come forward.   Decision   Cabinet agreed:   That approval is given for the freehold transfer of the land and buildings at Stanah pumping station to the Environment Agency under the delegations to consider the Council’s strategic direction in relation to asset management and any matter relating to the Council’s responsibilities for land drainage.
