Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED that   a contract be awarded to the bidder named in the EXEMPT Annex 1 via the Framework named in the EXEMPT Annex 1 for the provision and management of the Council’s water and wastewater services from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2030 and including a two-year extension, at an estimated maximum contract value of £1,966,650 (exc. VAT). A 12% contingency has been included in the annual inflated contract cost to mitigate the risk of potential wholesale price increases over the contract term. The total estimated cost, including contingency (exc. VAT), is £2,202,648.
