Content: RESOLVED that:   1)    the award of a contract to Quinn London for Fire Safety Remedial works for a contract period of 12 months for a maximum contract value of £2.192m be approved;   the £1.522m increase to the 2025/26 capital budget be approved and added to the capital programme; and 3. the £1.410m increase to the 2026/27 capital budget be approved and added to the capital programme.
