Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED that:   (i)         the representations received during the Experimental Traffic Management Order (ETMO) reference Mapking0097 as set out in paragraphs 3-4 of the report be noted and set aside;   (ii)        the ETMO Mapking0097 be made permanent; and   (iii)       all those who made representations be notified of the Committee’s decision.   AND NOTED that:   (iv)       increased enforcement will be conducted on the loading bay outside no.140-142 Ewell Road to ensure it is only used for its intended purpose; and   (v)        a review of waiting and loading will be carried out as part of the borough-wide Retail Parking Study, and further recommendations will be brought back to the Committee within six months.
