Content: To consider the procurement and award of a new single MKCC contract for all mobile enforcement CCTV provision across the City. 1.         That the commencement of a procurement exercise for the provision of a contract, be approved. 2.         That authority be delegated to the Director of Environment and Property and Assistant Director - Environment, Waste and Commissioning, in consultation with the Cabinet member for Public Realm, for the use of Regulatory Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) for CCTV for environmental crime enforcement activities.
