Content: To consider the award of the construction works contract following a Pre-Contract Services Agreement (PCSA) process for the Northern Site at Wolverton. 1.         The public and press may be excluded from the meeting by virtue of Paragraph 3 (Information relating to the Financial or Business Affairs of the Authority) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1792, in order that the meeting may consider the exempt Annex to the report. 2.         That the award of the main construction contract, to Ashe Construction Limited under the PAGABO framework, Medium Works Construction, Lot 4 for the amount detailed in the exempt Annex, be approved. 3.         That authority be delegated to the Director of Environment and Property, in consultation with the Cabinet member for Public Realm, to take any further necessary steps to give effect to the decision in relation to finalising and executing the main construction contract.
