Content: Recommendations approved.   Reasons for recommendations 1.    The tendering process was fair and transparent, adhering to required procurement procedure.   2.    Field and Lawn (Marquees) demonstrated their ability to meet the contract specification and scored highest overall across quality, social value and price.   Other options considered and rejected Two other supplier tenders were reviewed and scored accordingly. These were not ranked as highly as Field and Lawn across the three areas of cost, quality and social value and therefore were rejected.
