Content: Report requesting that Executive Board approve delegation of the response to the government’s statutory consultation on Greater Lincolnshire LGR to the Leader and Chief Executive.   Please note that in line with Article 10.14 of the Constitution, the call-in procedure has been suspended.  Resolved:   That the Executive Board delegated authority to the Leader of the Council to respond to the government’s statutory consultation on Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) by the requisite deadline.
