Content: RESOLVED that Cabinet –   (a)      approve the award of contract to Wynne Construction for a two-part contract to design and subsequently deliver the construction element of the project for Ysgol Pendref, subject to the approval of the Strategic Outline Case for the project by Welsh Government, and   (b)      confirms that it has read, understood and taken account of the Well-being Impact Assessment (Appendix 1 to the report) as part of its consideration.
