Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED that Cabinet –   (a)      authorises Denbighshire County Council to enter into a legal Agreement, known as a Regional Collaboration Agreement (Appendix 1 to the report) between Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) and the other six North Wales Local Authorities to regulate the rights and obligations of all partners, and   (b)      confirms that it has read, understood and taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment (Appendix 2 to the report) as part of its consideration.
