Content: RESOLVED that Cabinet –   (a)      note the budgets set for 2025/26 and progress against the agreed strategy;   (b)      approve the creation of a Council Tax reserve as detailed in section 6.1 of the report;   (c)      approve the spending plan for the Natural Flood Management Scheme and Small Scale Flood Alleviation Scheme as detailed in section 6.8 of the report and Appendix 4a and 4b to the report, and   (d)      approve the write off of irrecoverable Business Rates (funded by the national pool) as detailed in section 6.9 of the report and Appendix 5 to the report.
