(Key decision):   1) To note the forecast outturn position for 2025/26 and the associated risks.   2) To delegate authority to the Director of Finance and Performance, in consultation with the portfolio holder for finance, to apply necessary budget virements to ensure effective budget management.   3) To review Section 4 for an analysis of the Council’s current savings plan.   4) To refer to Appendices 1 and 2 to the report for detailed capital programme monitoring and a glossary of terms.
