Content: To consider the freehold acquisition of 8 Rydal Avenue, Blackpool, FY1 4AR, as registered under HM Land Registry Title Number: LA683879 (the “Property”). To take advantage of the opportunity offered to acquire property and to consolidate existing Council land holdings to facilitate the delivery of the Central Housing Regeneration Phase 1 Area, under decision EX16/2024 – Inner Blackpool Housing Regeneration and Shareholder Committee Item 11 (4th March 2025). The acquisition of the Property will be for the benefit of the area in that it will improve and develop the area by providing the Council with assets which will enable delivery of the housing regeneration programme.
