Content: To consider the representation and alternative options of the advertised proposed restriction on various roads in respect of Shelley Grove. The Cabinet Member resolved as follows:   1.     To consider the proposal, the representations made in respect of the proposed Amendment No 8 Order.   2.     To not proceed with the making of the order in respect of Shelley Grove as originally proposed having given due consideration to the representations   3.     To note that other than the restrictions proposed for Preston Old Road, Freemantle Avenue, and Shelley Grove, no representations have been made to the Amendment Order and therefore the rest of the order has been confirmed as originally advertised
