Content: To consider the representation and alternative options of the advertised proposed restriction on various roads in respect of Preston Old Road. The Cabinet Member resolved as follows:   To consider the proposal, the representations made in respect of the proposed Amendment No 8 Order.   To agree to proceed with the making of the order as originally envisaged in respect of Preston Old Road having given due consideration to the representations.   To authorise the Head of Legal Services to seal the order which is currently in draft and has been consulted on.   To note that other than the restrictions proposed for Preston Old Road, Freemantle  Avenue, and Shelley Grove, no representations have been made to the Amendment Order and therefore the rest of the order has been confirmed as originally advertised.
