Content: Resolved that   (a)       the sale of Thomas Hardy House, 2 Heath Road, Weybridge KT13 8TB to Lucror Estates, in accordance with the draft Heads of Terms, be approved in principle;   (b)       authority be delegated to the Strategic Director for Services, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Leisure, Culture and Commercial Strategy, the Chief Finance Officer and the Monitoring Officer, to negotiate the final agreement; and   (c)        authority be delegated to the Monitoring Officer to complete all necessary documents and ancillary agreements to give effect to the transaction.
