Purpose:

Content: Resolved that   (a)       the extension of the Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance and Reactive Repairs Contract with Corrigenda Ltd for the full two-year extension period in a single increment, extending the contract from 1 December 2025 to 30 November 2027, be approved;   (b)       the extension of the Building Fabric Reactive Repairs Contract with Corrigenda Ltd for a two-year extension period in a single increment, extending the contract from 1 April 2026 to 30 November 2027 to align with the Mechanical and Electrical contract, be approved; and   (c)        authority be delegated to the Strategic Director (Services), in consultation with the Senior Building and Projects Manager and Procurement Business Partner, to finalise and execute all necessary documentation required to enact these contract extensions.
