Purpose: This new decision report is to extend the current block contracting arrangement for sexual health services, previously approved under KD 5841, for a further and to a maximum period of 9 months from 1st April 2026. This will enable the Council to enter into discussions with NMUH, RFG to vary the existing overarching Section 75 Agreement and seek approval under existing joint governance arrangements for the inclusion of a separate schedule for Enfield integrated Sexual Health Community Services delivered under a tariff-based model of delivery.
