Content: Following the introduction of the Procurement Act 2023, which came into effect last year. We have updated our internal Contract Procedure Rules to reflect these changes. (Budget and policy framework):   1) To consider the draft Contract Procedure Rules (CPRs) as to their adequacy, accessibility and effectiveness as a key element of the Constitution; and   2) To approve the proposed Rules in relation to executive functions and   Recommended to Full Council:   3) To adopt the whole document as part of the Council’s Constitution.
