Content: To set out how the procurement process for the new Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR) contract was undertaken, the outcome of the process and the recommended award.To set out how the procurement process for the new Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR) contract was undertaken, the outcome of the process and the recommended award.   RESOLVED: That Cabinet; a) Appoints the preferred bidder for the Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR) contract as outlined in confidential Appendix 1. b) Delegates responsibility to finalise and enter into the contract to the Deputy Chief Executive – Place. c) Notes that as this will be a contract let jointly with South Oxfordshire District Council to commence on 29 June 2026, the award of the joint contract is dependent upon reciprocal approval by South Cabinet
