Purpose: Request for funding for unforeseen work that has arisen on site

Content: 1.    Agreed to the provision of a further discretionary grant for the case detailed in the report, up to a maximum of £5,000.00 for unforeseen works in addition to a previously approved contingency fund.  2.    Agreed that a Local Land Charge be placed on the property for the full value of the additional top up. If the property is sold at any time in the future this money would then become repayable to the council.
