Content: Cabinet has:   (a) Confirmed that the Council, as owner of the Company and sole shareholder, with responsibility to consider, review and approve the Business Plan ensuring that:   i)               the Company is on target to achieve its objectives. ii)              the changes in the financial assumptions and the financial return to the Council resulting from the business activity is agreed. iii)             any changes to the operation of Ermine Street to meet the needs of the Council as Shareholder are proposed.   (b) Reviewed the performance information provided by Ermine Street Housing at Appendix I of the Business Plan.
