Purpose:

Content: Cabinet has approved the housing safety policies relating to Fire Risk, Lift Safety, Asbestos Management and Electrical Management as set out in Appendices, A, B, C and D. Cabinet has also given delegated authority to the Lead Member for Housing to approve any minor amendments following consideration by the Housing Engagement Board on 26 March 2026, with the exception of the Electrical Management Policy which has already been reviewed by the Board.
