Content: To award a contract jointly with Vale of White Horse District Council on behalf of South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) to Idox Software Ltd for an online hosted licensing software solution.  The contract duration is three years, commencing 1 May 2026, for a total value of £204,959.09 of which SODC’s contribution will be £102,479.54.
