Purpose: To update the Executive on the outcome of the Draft Fareham Housing Damp and Mould Policy consultation and seek approval for adoption.   At its meeting of 7 January 2026, the Executive approved the draft Fareham Housing Damp and Mould Policy for 6 weeks public consultation.  This report summarises the outcome of the consultation and the resulting update.

Content: To update the Executive on the outcome of the Draft Fareham Housing Damp and Mould Policy consultation and seek approval for adoption.   At its meeting of 7 January 2026, the Executive approved the draft Fareham Housing Damp and Mould Policy for 6 weeks public consultation.  This report summarises the outcome of the consultation and the resulting update. RESOLVED that the Executive:   (a)  approves the Damp and Mould Policy and Easy Read for adoption; and   (b)  agrees to delegate authority to make minor amendments to Damp and Mould Policy as well as the accompanying documents to the Director of Housing and Health, following consultation with the Executive Member for Housing.
