Purpose: To seek Executive approval to delegate authority to the Director of Housing and Health, following consultation with the Executive Member of Housing, to award a contract for rendering works at Frosthole Close and associated costs. Those works to Fareham Housing stock required to address failed external decorative surfaces to the brickwork.   This report provides the Executive with information on tenders received, and the tender evaluation process, relating to the application of rendering works to previously decorative coated areas of Frosthole Close, for financial year 2026/2027.

Content: To seek Executive approval to delegate authority to the Director of Housing and Health, following consultation with the Executive Member of Housing, to award a contract for rendering works at Frosthole Close and associated costs. Those works to Fareham Housing stock required to address failed external decorative surfaces to the brickwork.   This report provides the Executive with information on tenders received, and the tender evaluation process, relating to the application of rendering works to previously decorative coated areas of Frosthole Close, for financial year 2026/2027. RESOLVED that the Executive:   (a) delegates authority to the Director of Housing and Health, following consultation with the Executive Member for Housing, to award a contract for rendering works at Frosthole Close; and   (b) agrees the associated funding mechanisms and project costs, as outlined in the Confidential Appendix A attached to this report.
