Content: Maintenance of local Telephone Box which has been converted to house a free library facility for residents of both Newington and Peene Amount Awarded £300.00   Decision Reason: The telephone box now houses free library facilities which are used by residents of both Newington and Peane. The box needs maintenance and repainting. I am happy to contribute £300 from my ward grant towards the costs of this work which will benefit the local community.
