Content: Report to progress the development site on Campus East car park Cabinet resolved to:   a)     The Cabinet grants delegated authority to the Chief Executive in consultation with the Leader and Executive Member for Finance and Resources for the disposal of the Campus East Car park for the sums discussed in the Part II report.   b)     That Cabinet approves the appointment of the technical experts outlined in the Part II report to support the progression of the scheme   c)     That Cabinet notes the responsibility of the Council within the development agreement to achieve vacant possession of the site
