Purpose:

Content: The Cabinet Member: 1.    Approved commencement of statutory consultation from week commencing 11 May 2026, on a proposed Public Spaces Protection Order for Wimbledon Park and Waverley Gardens under section 59 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 20214. 2.    Requested that the Head of Community Safety and appropriate officers to follow the prescribed process under section 59 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and to proceed with the preparation of the statutory notices and to return with a final report summarising the consultation responses and recommending whether the PSPO should be made or abandoned.
