Purpose: The Xpress Electoral Services Management System from Civica is used in the delivery of all aspects of the elections function at East Herts Council. The contract for this system is expiring and an extension is therefore required, this is in order to see East Herts through to the end of the LGR process, and allow the council to deliver elections, be they all out district elections or shadow authority elections, in 2027.
