Purpose: Single quotes from contractors due to them being below £10k as per Contract of Standing Orders.  

Content: Single quotes from contractors due to them being below £10k as per Contract of Standing Orders.   That (1) the tender of Muddy Faces Limited in the sum £9,481 is accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are issued accordingly;   (2) the tender of COSY in the sum £9,022 is accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are issued accordingly;   (3) the tender of YPO in the sum £1,224 is accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are issued accordingly; and   (4) the tender of TTS in the sum £678.95 is accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are issued accordingly.   Decision taken by the Director of Finance & Commercial Services or his nominee under the authority delegated by Finance and Performance Committee on 21/02/2023.   For further information regarding the decision, please see Appendix 1: https://democracy.sheffield.gov.uk/ieDecisionDetails.aspx?ID=3418   For further information regarding the project, please contact Ruth Bell at [email protected]   To award the contract to enable works to commence.   None.   The above contracts have been awarded in accordance with approved tender processes and the budgets are in place.
