Content: RESOLVED   That the Council Tax Discretionary Hardship Scheme contained in Appendix A to this report is approved.   REASON   To set out the Council’s approach to Council Tax reductions under section 13A(1)(c) of the Local Government Finance Act 1992.   ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS CONSIDERED BUT REJECTED AS IDENTIFIED IN THE REPORT   Not to approve the Scheme. This was rejected as the Scheme provides clarity for Council Tax payers as to the circumstances in which Council Tax may be reduced.
