Purpose: At its meeting on 17 March 2025, Cabinet agreed that the Director of Housing and Property Services in consultation with the Director of Resources, Head of Law undertake a procurement exercise for the proposed programmed works and to award contracts to those bidders successful in the procurement process who provide the Authority with the most economically advantageous tenders and in line with the agreed Investment Plan. The supply of rigid kitchen units forms part of the Planned Housing Frameworks.
