Content:   R E S O L V E D – that: a)    the contents of the Examiner’s Report on the Caterham, Chaldon and Whyteleafe Neighbourhood Plan (the Plan) be noted; b)    the Examiner’s recommended modifications be accepted; c)    the Examiner’s recommendation that the Plan with the stated modifications should proceed to referendum, to be held the within the neighbourhood plan area, be accepted; and d)    authority be granted to the Deputy Chief Executive to publish the statutory Decision Statement on the Council’s website confirming that the Examiner’s recommendations have been accepted including that the plan is to proceed to referendum.
