Purpose: The increase in SEND Tribunal and associated work has led to increased operational pressure on the three Corporate Support Solicitors in the Litigation Team. Current capacity is insufficient to meet the rising demand within required timescales.   The proposed posts will provide essential, time-limited support to stabilise workloads and manage current demand.
