Purpose: The report will seek approval to access funding from WMCA to deliver skills and employment support to adults and young people in Wolverhampton.

Content: 1.    Approved the establishment of a capital budget of up to £25,000 for the purchase of digital equipment during 2025-2026.   2.    Approved the acceptance of the grant allocation for year two of the YGTB programme and the establishment of a supplementary revenue budget of up to £435,000 in 2026-2027.   3.    Approved the acceptance of the grant allocation from the WMCA Employment Support Transition Fund and the establishment of a supplementary revenue budget of up to £743,000 in 2026-2027.
