Purpose: To allocate remaining Section 106 contributions totalling £5,136.09 (£753.56 and £4,382.53) toward the enhancement of cycling provision through the Bikeability programme delivered by Uppingham Community College. The funding will be used to: Replenish and replace existing Bikeability training bicycles Purchase associated safety equipment and accessories Ensure continued delivery of structured cycling proficiency training for young people This supports the provision of youth leisure, sport and physical activity infrastructure within the relevant S106 catchment area.
