Content: To seek a delegated decision to set aside the objections made to a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) as part of the Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) scheme for the area of Great North Road between Forsyth Road and Rotary Way, and make the TRO to implement the proposed traffic management and road safety improvements.   Authorise: 1. To set aside the objections received in response to the statutory advertisement for the proposed BSIP scheme, and 2. That the proposed measures, as described in this report, are introduced without modification.
