Content: Appendix B is not for publication as it contains exempt information of the description in paragraph 16 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.   AGREED that   1.    the outcome of the evaluation process as set out in Appendix A in terms of the bidder’s ranking be noted.   2.    officers be instructed to inform the party that tendered in this matter of the outcome of the evaluation process and proposed way forward (as detailed in this report).   3.    Subject to the satisfactory conclusion of the mandatory standstill period, to formally appoint the organisations highlighted in Appendix A to deliver the works.   To appoint 5 contractors to a framework to deliver Accelerated Adaptations for a period of 2 years from 1st May 2026, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
