Purpose:

Content:   Resolved –   (1)  That the objections to Haworth Road be upheld and the proposed waiting restrictions be amended and implemented as shown on drawing HS/TRSS/106105/CON-10B, attached to Document “H”.   (2)  That the proposed waiting restrictions on Lily Street be amended and implemented as shown on drawing HS/TRSS/106105/CON-17B, attached to Document “H”, with any further modifications being considered as part of a future area wide Traffic Regulation Order.   (3)  That the remaining objections were considered but, notwithstanding this, it was determined that the weight lay in favour of making the Order; and it was further resolved that the Traffic Regulation Order be made, sealed, and implemented as advertised, subject to the proposed amendment in respect of Haworth Road.   (4)  That the objectors be informed accordingly.   Action to be taken by: Strategic Director, Growth
