Purpose:

Content: 1.              To approve the Council entering into the necessary interim agreement and associated legal documentation in relation to Brockwell Lido, including the Deed of Surrender, to secure continuity of operation until 30 June 2026 and support transfer of the service from 1 July 2026 in consultation with Legal Services and Finance, to finalise the terms of the associated documentation and approve any non-material amendments necessary to give effect to this decision.
