Purpose: The Council plans to recommission the Shared Lives service via a Competitive Flexible Procedure for an initial five-year contract (February 2026–February 2031), with the option of two additional one-year extensions (up to February 2033), at an initial maximum annual value of £141,681 p/a. This value could increase to a maximum of £198,353.61 p/a if the services grows to support 60 or more clients over the contract period.

Content:   To approve the award of the contract for providing management of Lambeth Shared Lives to Certitude Support for an initial term from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2031 (five years plus two months), with the option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months each (to 31 March 2033) with the total value including extension total £944,608. To note expenditure of £20,688.99 incurred beyond the contract expiry date between 1 February 2026 and 27 March 2026, prior to the award of the new contract.
