Purpose: This proposed decision authorises the allocation of funds from the Lambeth Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) receipts for 2025-26, to fund officer costs associated with the feasibility, scoping, design, consultation, business case development and ongoing management of internal and external delivery partners, associated with infrastructure projects within the Climate and Inclusive Growth directorate.

Content:   1.             To allocate up to £2,658,880 of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) receipts to fund the progression of infrastructure projects through the Regeneration, Growth and Capital Investment (RGC) and Planning and Sustainability (PS) divisions for the 2025/26 financial year.   2.             To allocate up to £871,665 of CIL admin and s106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 deed monitoring receipts to fund the monitoring, collection and enforcement of CIL and s106 deed monitoring for the 2025/26 financial year.
