Purpose:

Content: The Portfolio Holder for Environment, together with the Portfolio Holder for Transport, Highways and Road Safety noted and acknowledged the changes to the ECS Capital Programme agreed by the Executive on 11 February 2026. At its meeting on 11 February 2026, the Executive considered a report summarising the current position on capital expenditure and receipts following the third quarter of 2025/26 and was asked to agree a revised capital programme for the period 2025/26 to 2029/30. The Capital Programme Monitoring report presented to the ECS PDS Committee, highlighted the changes considered by the Executive in respect of the Capital Programme for the Environment and Community Services Portfolio.
