Purpose:

Content:   The Assistant Director of Housing Services has approved:   1.  The extension of the following contracts for a range of lifting and other equipment to enable disabled and vulnerable residents within Wirral to remain living independently in their homes from 1st April 2026 until 31st March 2027:   a.  Lots 1 and 2 for straight and curved stairlift  with Stannah Lift Services Ltd  with an estaimted contract costs of £801,260 b.  Lots 3 and 8  for Ceiling Track Hoists and Shower stretchers with Prism UK Medical Ltd with an estimated contract cost of  £107,083 c.  Lots 4 and 5  for Through Floor and Step lifts with Terry Group Ltd with an estimated contract cost of £270,918 . 2.  that the above recommendations be deemed urgent and therefore not subject to the procedure for re consideration.
