Purpose: To assist an existing contracted CCTV client facilitate a CCTV upgrade project at Mansfield Bus Station and increase the contract revenue by £6,000 per annum. This will amend the annual contract value from £27K to £33K

Content: NCC Mansfield Bus Station Upgrade Project   Delegated Decision Ref: 26/05/HW To assist NCC Mansfield Bus Station to upgrade and add assets to their CCTV system and manage relevant one-off project funds of £34K for new equipment integration and generate additional contract revenue on the existing CCTV service contract between NCC and MDC   MDC provide CCTV services under a signed, sealed contract with NCC Mansfield Bus Station. NCC CCTV assets are analogue and because of bus station refurbishments, NCC require more enhanced coverage. MDC has the expertise and system knowledge to assist with project management using a contracted supplier. The successful completion of the project will generate additional revenue to MDC for our continued services.   None.
